Tibet Photography Book Design
Having waited a long while before embarking on his highly anticipated trip to the Tibetan Autonomous Region in Western Sichuan, documentary photographer José Jeuland was ready to be immersed in the culture and life there.
Located near India, China and Nepal, the Tibet Autonomous Region is a blend of its own unique culture that is influenced by its neighbouring countries. The team at COCO Creative Studio assisted in the creation of the book from start to finish. This included cover design, text layout, publication, and print.

The first step we took before starting the design, was to look at what the book aimed to achieve. This included audience outreach. This process allowed us to understand the reasoning behind the design, as well as understand how to connect to the audience through the design.
2.
We then begin by creating an array of designs to choose from. These sessions allow the client to feel connected to the project and have a sense of ownership.
