Event Photography

Event photography covers very different types of events, each with its own nature: corporate events, conferences, seminars, trade shows or exhibitions, launch parties, concerts or live shows, nautical events, or medical congresses. Each type of event has its own rhythm and key moments to capture, which calls for a different approach from one project to the next.

We offer this service in Singapore and Paris, for companies, agencies and institutions, with coverage ranging from a few hours to several consecutive days depending on the scale of the event.

HOW A PROJECT WORKS

Every project starts with a brief on the type of event, the venue and the number of attendees. Ahead of the event, we determine the number of photographers needed based on its size, as well as the key moments not to miss.

On the day, we follow the event’s schedule to capture the key moments in the right place at the right time.

The images are then retouched and delivered in formats suited to your needs: internal communications, social media, press.

ONE STUDIO, EVERY EVENT

Corporate - Yinson Production / JP Morgan

We covered the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, an annual relay running event held in Singapore, at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix pit stop. The event also had a team-building dimension for the participating companies.

Corporate - AnA SOTA

We covered a talk from the “Architects, not Architecture” (AnA) series, which invites internationally renowned architects to speak about their personal journey rather than their projects. The event was held in one of the theatres at the School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA), with talks on stage and audience Q&A.

Corporate - Creative Spirit x MEDEF

We covered the MEDEF 2025 New Year reception, held at the Petit Palais in Paris. For event agency Creative Spirit, we captured the evening’s atmosphere through photos showcasing the venue and the various setups in place: catering, waitstaff, photocall, lighting design, stage and decorations.
These images allowed the agency to communicate across its platforms.

Corporate - BPI France

We covered an event held over a weekend in Singapore, bringing together the French Chamber of Commerce, the French Embassy, French businesses and Franco-Singaporean economic players, some of whom traveled directly from France. The event took place at The Fullerton Hotel, a historic Singapore landmark, in one of the largest event spaces in the city.

Corporate - DB Schenker

We covered DSV’s Singapore leadership gathering, capturing keynote presentations and discussions around the future of DSV Road across APAC following the DSV–Schenker integration. The event also included an outdoor presentation of the truck fleet, marking the launch of a renewable diesel fuel in partnership with Neste.

Conference - Revance / IMCAS

We covered Revance, an American company, at IMCAS Paris 2026, an annual congress bringing together professionals from the aesthetic medicine sector. The mission spanned three days of the congress at the Palais des Congrès, Porte Maillot, preceded by an afternoon at the Pullman Tour Eiffel to present the brand’s latest developments and results to staff and industry professionals.
On the booth, teams from the United States and Germany presented the brand and its products. Several Revance representatives also spoke at conference sessions during the congress.

Conference - Revance / AMWC

We covered a second mission for Revance, this time at AMWC 2026, held from 26 to 28 March at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Photo and video coverage followed the same format as at IMCAS Paris.

Seminar - EDF

We covered a seminar organized by EDF for around 300 employees, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of UPTI (Unité de Production Thermique Interrégionale). The event took place over a full day and evening in Paris, on June 17th.
The day opened with a plenary session featuring several speeches, followed by a cruise on the Seine past Paris landmarks (Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre), with cocktails and dinner served on board. Upon return, an evening with a DJ was held at the venue.

Gastronomy - Elle & Vire

We have worked with Elle & Vire for several years. This gastronomic event brought together two chefs in collaboration with Elle & Vire Singapore: a brand ambassador from France, and Emmanuel Stroobant, the Belgian chef behind Saint Pierre restaurant in Singapore.

Fashion - Birkenstock Glow

We covered Glow, an annual event held in front of Marina Bay Sands, with Birkenstock as one of the main sponsors. Several activations were on offer: foot massages, ice baths, yoga classes, a fitness session, and a foot-print scan to help visitors find the shoe model suited to them. Influencers on site were also photographed.

Fashion - Birkenstock Event

We covered the launch of Birkenstock’s new foot care range (massage cream, oil, exfoliant, moisturiser), with members of the brand’s international team in attendance. Two dedicated sessions were organised: a media event and an influencer event.
Coverage included the product presentation, guest experience, and a creative workshop centred around drawing and flowers. The event was held at the Mondrian, in one of the hotel’s largest suites, with photo and video capturing a cinematic look in keeping with the brand’s image.

Fashion - Birkenstock 250

We covered the exhibition marking Birkenstock’s 250th anniversary, held at Changi Airport in Singapore, near the terminal’s iconic fountain. The event brought together influencers, media and VIP guests. Coverage documented the brand’s historical pieces, as well as the gift bags and personalised keychains given to guests.

Exhibition - Ground Seesaw

We covered Ground Seesaw’s immersive exhibition, produced by this Korean company specialising in this type of format, with large-wall projections dedicated to three artists: Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt and Monet. Around 200 to 250 influencers were in attendance. The event was held at Parkview Square, the building that also houses Atlas bar. Photo and video coverage was shot with a commercial, cinematic look.

Exhibition - Helene Bailly

We covered the opening of a new exhibition at the Hélène Bailly gallery, as part of MASH (Matignon Saint-Honoré Association), a trail linking art galleries in the Matignon-Saint-Honoré district, around rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. Visitors were free to move between galleries. On site, a DJ was mixing vinyl inside the gallery, with an outdoor stand offering popcorn, mocktails and detox water.

The event was held at the Grand Ballroom of One Farrer Hotel, in support of the Business Times Budding Artists Fund and the Singapore Cancer Society, with donations, an awards presentation, speeches and an auction. A photo wall was also set up during intermissions and before/after the show.

Party - Into The Deep

We regularly cover performances by DJ Muttiah, a techno DJ who plays frequently in Singapore, usually at nightclubs.

Party - Agathe

On the rooftop of the Hôtel Dame des Arts, just a few steps from Saint-Michel, we captured an engagement evening filled with reunions, laughter, and emotion. Overlooking the rooftops of Paris, the venue provided an intimate setting for both group portraits and candid moments.

Following the brief, we alternated between close-up portraits with a shallow depth of field, allowing each guest to stand out, and group photographs that captured the collective energy of the evening.

At dusk, we introduced an on-camera flash to shape the faces and give the images a modern, polished glow.

Nautical - Sunreef

We produced a photo report at the Singapore Yacht Show, featuring one of Sunreef’s catamarans, offering the longest electric range in the range thanks to its solar panels. The event included VIP presentations and a display of luxury cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini).
